My Story
Hey, my name is Tyler, West Virginia born and raised. I’ve been a professional photographer for over ten years, and this is what I do Full-time. As you can see to the left, that’s me with my family: my lovely wife named Kayla, two sons who both have artistic passions, and a two daughters that I’m excited to add to my ever growing collection of family photos!
As a photographer, I’ve captured just about everything under the sun (and some even in caves!) I truly enjoy snapping photos for social media content, taking the perfect new headshot to help someone land their dream job, and showcasing your business to help you excel and grow your passion. I love this art so much because it offers families, friends, businesses and more a way to highlight invaluable memories, events, and milestones. After years of perfecting my style of photos, I want to be able to share it with even more people and while there are several photographers around with more popping up each day, I want to make sure I’m a great fit for you.
How photography chose me…
My entire life I have seen things a little differently. Growing up you would always find me painting things or drawing on something I probably shouldn't have been. The enjoyment I got from creating things, visual things, and being able to express myself is what really fueled my passion for photography. After my first son was born, it hit me how fast moments really do come and go. I began capturing the moments I didn’t want to miss, that’s when my passion became a hobby and then a second job.
Photography has given me the opportunity to learn about people, attend events I probably wouldn’t have gone to otherwise, and become part of families I’m not sure I would’ve ever met any other way. Most importantly though, it’s given me memories of my own and the ability to capture thousands of photos and memories for other people to cherish.
